An exciting opportunity has arisen for a talented construction lawyer to join a market-leading Construction & Engineering team within a top UK law firm and recognised Bristol heavyweight. This is a chance to work at the forefront of the built environment sector, advising on high-value, complex development, real estate and infrastructure projects across the UK and internationally.

You’ll be part of a highly regarded, tier 1 ranked team, working alongside experts across real estate, planning, banking and corporate disciplines to deliver some of the most significant projects. You can expect exposure to:

  • Major development and regeneration projects
  • Complex real estate-led construction matters
  • Infrastructure and energy-related developments
  • High-profile clients including developers, institutional investors, funders and occupiers

Candidate Requirements

  • 4+ years’ PQE with strong experience in construction law (non-contentious focus)
  • Proven experience advising on complex built environment / real estate development matters
  • Commercially minded with the ability to manage a varied and demanding workload
  • A collaborative approach with strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Self-motivated, proactive and keen to develop within a high-performing team
  • Qualified solicitor (England & Wales or Scotland)
