An excellent opportunity has arisen for an ambitious Employment Associate to join a highly regarded Employment & HR team based in Bristol.

  • Employment Tribunal litigation from initial instruction through to final hearing
  • Day-to-day HR and employment law advisory work
  • Disciplinary, grievance and performance management matters
  • Redundancy and restructuring projects
  • Discrimination and employee relations issues
  • Drafting and reviewing contracts of employment, policies and staff handbooks
  • Employment-related data protection matters
  • Strong experience advising employer clients across a broad spectrum of employment law matters
  • Experience managing Employment Tribunal claims from inception to conclusion
  • Excellent technical knowledge across contentious and advisory employment law work
  • Experience drafting contracts, policies, handbooks and settlement agreements
  • Strong drafting, communication and relationship-building skills
