I am working with a London law firm that is seeking an experienced Senior Clinical Negligence Locum Solicitor to provide support to its claimant clinical negligence team.
The successful locum will step into a busy and high-performing team, taking responsibility for a caseload of complex and high-value claimant clinical negligence matters. You will be expected to work with a high degree of autonomy, providing senior oversight on files at various stages of progression.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing a caseload of claimant clinical negligence files independently
- Handling complex and higher-value claims with minimal supervision
- Providing senior-level input and support across ongoing matters
- Ensuring continuity and progress on casework during the interim period
What we're looking for:
- Extensive experience in claimant clinical negligence
- A proven track record managing complex and high-value claims
