Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive support to committees and meetings.
- Prepare and circulate agendas and papers.
- Accurately take and document formal minutes of meetings.
- Offer administrative support and guidance to senior stakeholders.
- Cultivate and maintain professional relationships.
About You:
- Highly detail-oriented and capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment.
- Legally qualified solicitor/barrister or CGI/ICSA qualified (or equivalent).
- Extensive experience in company secretarial duties.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficient in drafting, research, and analytical tasks.
- Demonstrates a hands-on approach and a flexible attitude.
