These full-time roles are based in London and target qualified solicitors with specific experience in private equity, venture capital, and fund structuring.

Key Eligibility Criteria

• Qualification: Qualified solicitor in England & Wales or a Commonwealth jurisdiction.
• Experience: Minimum 2 years of UK private funds law firm experience.
