This long established Worcester firm has a new opportunity for a commercial property solicitor with 0-6 years' PQE. The firm has a strong commercial presence across Worcestershire and is looking to expand its offering. This is a fantastic opportunity to work both independently and as part of a growing friendly team.
Responsibilities
- Drafting of commercial property related documentation including contracts, transfers, leases, licences to assign and rent deposit deeds
- Preparing applications to the Land Registry
- Dealing with transfers of land and property
- Dealing with the sale and purchase of land or other commercial property including freehold and leasehold, registered and unregistered titles
- Attending to exchange of contracts and completion
- Dealing with post-completion matters
- Dealing with commercial lease matters
- From time to time, you may also be providing (limited) advice in relation to Stamp Duty Land Tax
- Acting on behalf of a wide variety of existing clients and new clients
About you
- NQ-6 years' PQE
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
