An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Residential Conveyancing Lawyer to join a busy and growing private property team in Wolverhampton. This role will suit a Solicitor, Chartered Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer with at least 3 years' experience managing their own residential conveyancing caseload.

Responsibilities

  • You will handle a broad range of matters including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, remortgages, new build transactions and transfers of equity.
  • The work is varied and fast-paced, requiring strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing deadlines.
  • The successful candidate will be confident working independently while delivering a high level of client service, maintaining strong relationships with clients, agents and other professionals.
  • You will also have the opportunity to get involved in business development activities.

Qualifications

  • Candidates should have strong technical knowledge of residential conveyancing, excellent communication skills and solid experience using case management systems.
  • A good understanding of regulatory requirements is essential.
  • Experience in landlord and tenant matters or leasehold extensions would be advantageous.
  • Both full-time and part-time applications will be considered.
