This niche private client firm, with a fantastic national reputation, has vacancies for an additional Associate and Senior Associate. The roles will involve working within a multi-disciplinary team including tax specialists and solicitors to advise on the full range of private client work including estate planning, Wills, lasting powers of attorney, the administration of high-value estates, trust administration and personal tax planning.
A lot of the work can involve technical advice on inheritance tax, capital gains tax and income tax. The team also provides highly specialised advice to individuals and trustees on international tax issues and cross-border succession. Experience in these areas is desirable but full training will be given. Ideally you will have 5+ years' PQE and be STEP qualified. Applications from candidates with less experience, but with a desire to specialise in this area will be considered.
