Role: Paralegal – Private Client team
Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting fee‑earners with Wills, LPAs, Probate and Estate Administration matters
- Preparing initial drafts of documents and letters
- Assisting with gathering information for probate applications and IHT forms
- Managing client onboarding, ID checks and file opening
- Liaising with clients, executors and beneficiaries to obtain information
- Maintaining accurate file management and ensuring compliance with internal procedures
- Providing administrative support to the wider team
- Helping ensure the smooth running of the department

- Some exposure to Private Client work
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Confident, professional communication style
- Comfortable working in an office‑based environment
- Keen to learn, develop and support a busy team
