Key Responsibilities
- Managing a varied caseload of Private Client matters under supervision or independently, depending on experience
- Drafting Wills, LPAs and associated documentation
- Assisting with the administration of estates, including preparing IHT forms and probate applications
- Supporting fee‑earners with trust administration and estate planning work
- Liaising with clients, executors, beneficiaries and third‑party professionals
- Maintaining accurate file management and ensuring compliance with internal procedures
- Providing clear, empathetic communication to clients throughout their matter
- Contributing to the smooth running of the department and supporting colleagues as required
About You
- Experience in Private Client work (Wills, Probate, LPAs, Estate Administration)
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Confident communicator with a client‑focused approach
