We're recruiting for a Conveyancer to join a leading regional law firm's Leamington Spa office. The firm works on a hybrid basis, with four days in the office and one day from home. This is a busy, well-established department with plenty of work coming through and there is room for a new hire to step in and progress quickly.
Key responsibilities
- Managing a full residential conveyancing caseload from instruction to completion
- Handling freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
- Managing remortgages, transfers of equity and new build matters
- Drafting and reviewing contracts, reports and completion statements
- Carrying out title checks, searches and enquiries
- Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders and other solicitors
- Ensuring all work complies with regulatory and firm requirements
- Supporting the wider team and contributing to the growth of the department

- Experience managing your own conveyancing caseload
- Strong knowledge of the full residential conveyancing process
- Confident communicator who can build good relationships with clients and agents
