We're recruiting for a Conveyancer to join a leading regional law firm's Leamington Spa office. The firm works on a hybrid basis, with four days in the office and one day from home. This is a busy, well‑established department with plenty of work coming through and there is room for a new hire to step in and progress quickly.

Key responsibilities

  • Managing a full residential conveyancing caseload from instruction to completion
  • Handling freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
  • Managing remortgages, transfers of equity and new build matters
  • Drafting and reviewing contracts, reports and completion statements
  • Carrying out title checks, searches and enquiries
  • Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders and other solicitors
  • Ensuring all work complies with regulatory and firm requirements
  • Supporting the wider team and contributing to the growth of the department

Person specification

  • Experience managing your own conveyancing caseload
  • Strong knowledge of the full residential conveyancing process
  • Confident communicator who can build good relationships with clients and agents
  • Organised, proactive and able to work independently
  • Someone who enjoys being part of a busy, growing team
