A national law firm is looking for an Assistant Lawyer to join its Personal Injury team on a 12‑month fixed‑term contract. You will manage a caseload of straightforward fast‑track EL/PL accident claims from start to finish.
Role overview
- Manage a full caseload of fast‑track ex‑portal EL/PL claims
- Handle cases from instruction through to trial
- Issue and serve proceedings, respond to defences and deal with interim applications
- Identify cases requiring transfer due to complexity or value
About you
- Experience handling fast‑track EL/PL personal injury claims
- Strong understanding of PI law, CPR, evidence and litigation processes
- Confident managing your own caseload with supervision where needed
