An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join a busy and well-established property team in a newly created role. This position is suited to a Solicitor, Chartered Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer with at least 2 years' experience handling residential conveyancing matters.
The role focuses on delivering a high-quality, bespoke service rather than high-volume transactional work, with a strong emphasis on client care and relationship management. You will manage your own caseload from instruction through to post-completion, acting for a diverse client base including high-net-worth individuals, business owners and multi-generational clients. The work will be varied and will provide exposure to more complex and higher value transactions.
Alongside fee-earning responsibilities, you will be encouraged to develop strong client relationships, support business development activities and collaborate closely with colleagues across the wider property team. The ideal candidate will have solid residential conveyancing experience, strong commercial awareness and excellent communication skills. You should be confident managing your own workload, meeting deadlines and delivering a high level of client service.
This is a full-time role (35 hours per week) within a supportive and collaborative team environment. Hybrid working is available following an initial period of office-based training and integration.
