A leading international practice is looking to appoint a talented Aviation Finance Associate with at least 5+ PQE to join its expanding London team on an interim basis.
The successful candidate will work closely with a highly respected partner on a broad range of sophisticated aviation finance matters. The team advises on complex domestic and cross-border transactions for a global client base, including major financial institutions, lessors, airlines, manufacturers and government-linked entities.
Work will span a wide variety of structures, such as:
- Operating and finance lease arrangements
- JOL and other tax-driven leasing structures
- Secured and unsecured lending
- Export credit supported financings
- Structured finance transactions
- Fleet acquisition, renewal and procurement projects
The firm are seeking someone who:
- Is a qualified solicitor with 5+ PQE at a respected City or specialist firm
- Strong drafting skills and confidence managing transactional processes
- A commercially minded, solutions-focused approach
- Clear, professional communication and the ability to build strong client relationships
- A proactive, organised working style and the ability to manage competing deadlines
- A solid academic background
