Our client is seeking a driven and organised Paralegal to join their Employment team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a respected firm offering high‐quality work, strong support, and excellent long‐term prospects.
You will be joining the Employment Team on a full‐time basis (Monday‐Friday, 9am‐5.30pm, 37.5 hours per week), supporting a busy department. You will need to attend the Milton Keynes office as required, with occasional travel to other offices.
Duties include:
- Managing your own caseload with minimal supervision
- Drafting correspondence and legal documents
- Liaising confidently with clients and stakeholders
- Supporting both claimant and respondent employment matters
- Ensuring accurate file management in line with compliance procedures
- Handling accounts and money‐laundering responsibilities
- Working collaboratively within a friendly, fast‐paced team
Person specification:
- Solid experience in Employment Law (both sides)
- Strong drafting, proof‐reading, and organisational skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Confident communication and interpersonal skills
- Commercial awareness and a practical approach
- Professional legal qualification (Law Degree / Paralegal / CILEX)
- Good IT capability, including Microsoft Office and legal document management systems
