A leading international law firm is looking for an Aviation Finance Paralegal to join its busy aviation finance team, working alongside lawyers on complex, crossâborder aircraft leasing deals. This role would suit someone who already has handsâon experience in aircraft leasing (ideally from a leasing platform, lessor, or another clientâside environment) and who's comfortable supporting transactions through to completion.
The team works with global lessors, airlines, financiers and investors on a wide range of aviation finance and leasing matters. As a paralegal, you'd be involved in managing paperwork, keeping checklists on track, coordinating with stakeholders, and working closely with colleagues.
The firm is particularly keen to speak with candidates who understand how aircraft leasing works in practice and who've had exposure to the commercial side of transactions. Experience from a leasing platform, lessor, or inâhouse aviation team is especially valued, but strong candidates from specialist aviation finance practices are also welcome to apply.
Youâll need to be organised, proactive, and confident working independently. This is an excellent opportunity for a career Paralegal to delve into a fascinating area of law, work with a friendly and successful team, and be rewarded with a competitive salary.
