Location: South Hampshire (office‐based)

Start: Early May 2026

Duration: 2-3 months (approx.)

Hours: Ideally 5 days per week (flex considered)

We are seeking an experienced Locum Conveyancer to provide office‐based cover while permanent recruitment is underway. This is a great opportunity to join a friendly, well‐established firm supporting a loyal local client base.

The role

  • You will handle a varied residential conveyancing caseload, including:
  • Standard residential sales and purchases for local clients
  • Probate‐related property sales generated by the private client team
  • Occasional light commercial matters (minimal)
  • Working with the firm's own precedents (no case management system)

What we’re looking for

  • A qualified Solicitor, Licenced Conveyancer, or Conveyancing Executive
  • Strong residential conveyancing experience
  • Confident working independently in an office‐based environment
  • Availability from early May
