We are seeking an experienced Locum Conveyancer to provide officeâbased cover while permanent recruitment is underway. This is a great opportunity to join a friendly, wellâestablished firm supporting a loyal local client base.
The role
- You will handle a varied residential conveyancing caseload, including:
- Standard residential sales and purchases for local clients
- Probateârelated property sales generated by the private client team
- Occasional light commercial matters (minimal)
- Working with the firm's own precedents (no case management system)
What weâre looking for
- A qualified Solicitor, Licenced Conveyancer, or Conveyancing Executive
- Strong residential conveyancing experience
- Confident working independently in an officeâbased environment
- Availability from early May
