An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Dispute Resolution Solicitor or Legal Executive to join a busy and growing team in Exeter. The role will involve handling a varied caseload of general dispute resolution matters. The team is open to candidates with experience across a range of areas including contentious probate, contract disputes, employment disputes, civil procedure, shareholder and partnership disputes, debt recovery, construction disputes, housing matters and boundary disputes.
You will manage your own caseload from start to finish, ensuring work is delivered accurately and in line with relevant procedures and risk requirements. You will also be expected to stay up to date with legal developments and play an active role in building client relationships and developing new business opportunities.
The successful candidate will have strong technical ability, proven experience handling dispute resolution matters, and the confidence to manage files independently. A proactive and commercially aware approach, along with excellent organisational and communication skills, will be key to success in this role.
