We are supporting a well‑established law firm in Cullompton that is looking to recruit a Legal Secretary to join its busy Residential Conveyancing team. This is a great opportunity for someone with solid secretarial experience who enjoys working in a fast‑paced, client‑focused environment.
What We’re Looking For
- At least 6 months’ experience in a similar legal secretarial role
- Confident typing ability (60+ WPM)
- Strong administration skills with excellent written and verbal communication
- High attention to detail and a proactive approach
- Ability to stay calm under pressure and manage multiple deadlines
- Professional, motivated and personable team player
About the Role
- Providing day‑to‑day support to fee earners
- Managing client files and liaising with clients
