Our client is a highly respected firm with a strong reputation for corporate services. They are seeking a solicitor to join their highly successful team.
Based in Stoke, you will join a friendly, partner led team handling a broad range of corporate matters including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, MBOs and MBIs.
You will play a key role in this friendly high performing team which offers clear scope for advancement within the firm. This is an excellent opportunity to work on a broad range of high-quality transactions while benefiting from genuine career progression and a supportive team environment.
