The predicted salary is between 30000 - 40000 £ per year.

A senior opportunity has arisen for an experienced Conveyancing Executive to join a busy residential property team in Lincoln, with responsibility for both managing a caseload and leading a team. This role is open to both qualified and non-qualified candidates with strong residential conveyancing experience.

You will be responsible for handling a varied caseload from instruction through to post-completion, including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, new build transactions and shared ownership matters. In addition to file handling, you will take on a team leadership role, supporting and developing colleagues while helping to drive performance across the department.

You will also be expected to build and maintain relationships with clients and referrers, contributing to business development and growth. Candidates should have strong technical knowledge of the conveyancing process, including familiarity with the Law Society's Conveyancing Protocol and experience working within a CQS framework. Previous experience managing or supervising others is highly desirable.

You should be commercially aware, confident dealing with clients and stakeholders, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication, organisational and case management skills are essential. Experience with case management systems is required, and familiarity with Proclaim and Perfect Portal would be advantageous.

This is a full-time, office-based role in Lincoln offering the opportunity to make a real impact within an established team.
