The predicted salary is between 48000 - 48000 £ per year.
You will manage your own caseload across all areas of plots conveyancing for some of the UK’s leading housebuilders, handling the sale of new build plots - including purchasing schemes - alongside site set up matters, section agreements, compliance certificates and deeds of variation. You will be part of a well-established team of 16 conveyancers across two offices.
About you
- Experience in plots sales or residential conveyancing (plots preferred but strong residential conveyancers will be considered)
- Able to manage a busy caseload independently and to tight deadlines
- Strong communication skills and a commercial, client-focused approach
- Comfortable with high volumes whilst maintaining quality
- Qualified solicitors wishing to move into this type of role will also be considered
