Senior Pensions Solicitor - Birmingham Hybrid working Level 5+ PQE This is a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Pensions Solicitor to join a highly regarded national pensions practice. Working as part of a collaborative and supportive team, you will advise trustee and corporate clients on a broad range of pensions matters, including ongoing advisory work, scheme management, risk transfer projects, regulatory issues and complex one-off projects. The team acts for a diverse client base, including major corporates, public sector bodies, charities and pension trustees, advising on both defined benefit and defined contribution schemes. You will work closely with leading partners and senior lawyers, while also playing a key role in supporting and mentoring junior team members. Due to continued expansion and an increased flow of high-quality work, the team is looking to strengthen its senior offering. The successful candidate will have strong pensions experience, excellent technical skills and the ability to manage matters independently while delivering pragmatic, commercially focused advice.
