A new opportunity exists for a Corporate Senior Associate to join this leading national firm. The corporate team is consistently ranked as one of the UK's top law firms and is led by a team of partners widely regarded as leaders in their field who are regularly recommended by clients for their outstanding expertise.
They advise companies, management teams, investors and debt providers from start-up and first round finance through to M&A, management transactions, venture and growth capital, restructuring, capital reductions, private equity funding and exits. They also have a growing practice advising listed clients on equity capital raisings on public markets.
The team is enjoying a period of significant and sustained growth and you will be involved in all aspects of M&A, VC and PE deals, joint ventures and reorganisations. You will have the opportunity to work with leading individuals and top ranked teams at both a local and national level and be involved in client development and business development.
