Fantastic opportunity for an associate with 2+ years' PQE to join this national firm who are expanding their clinical negligence team.
Based in Birmingham, you will work with L500 rated partners who are well known for their expertise in this field and you will also be responsible running your own caseload. Clients you will deal with range from those with serious brain injuries such as cerebral palsy, families of deceased patients (including those who have died due to preventable suicides), patients who have suffered delays in diagnosis of cancer, and patients who have suffered significant orthopaedic injuries such as amputations. The team is renowned nationally for its expertise in this work.
Responsibilities
- Managing your own caseload, including litigated matters, with a focus on delivering high-quality outcomes for clients
- Assisting senior colleagues on high-value and complex claims across a wide range of medical disciplines
- Delivering consistently accurate and compassionate legal advice, ensuring clients feel supported and informed throughout their journey
- Collaborating with colleagues across the firm
You must be able to demonstrate the ability to build strong working relationships and have excellent standards of client care.
