About the role
Working in all aspects of residential conveyancing (sale, purchase, freehold, and leasehold), the successful candidate will manage a high-volume caseload with minimal supervision, support the team, and engage in business development. A working knowledge of SOS or similar case‑management systems is desirable.
Responsibilities
- Handle all aspects of residential conveyancing, including sale, purchase, freehold, and leasehold transactions.
- Manage a high-volume caseload autonomously and in a team environment.
- Prepare and process letters, forms, and documentation accurately using case‑management software.
- Generate revenue through proactive business development and strong client management.
- Develop and maintain relationships within the local market to secure new business.
Qualifications
- At least 3 years of technical experience within residential conveyancing.
- Strong client management and communication skills.
- Proactive approach to local market engagement and business development.
- Familiarity with case‑management systems such as SOS is desirable.
