An opportunity has arisen for a Conveyancing Assistant to work within the Real Estate team in our Bradford office. Candidates should be able to work as part of a team and support our experienced Fee Earners in everyday tasks such as dealing with general queries, assisting with completions, conducting searches, typing various letters, liaising with clients, solicitors, referrers, and estate agents. They will be expected to undertake other secretarial duties as required.
The successful applicant must be able to work on their own initiative and prioritise a busy workload. Good communication skills are essential. A working knowledge of SOS or other case management system to prepare and process letters and forms correctly is desirable but not essential.
