Responsibilities
- Work within the conveyancing team in the Bradford office across all aspects of residential conveyancing including sale, purchase, freehold and leasehold work.
- Manage your own high-volume caseload and work cohesively within a team, with the ability to work with minimum supervision.
- Demonstrate a working knowledge of SOS or other case management systems to prepare and process letters and forms correctly (desirable).
- Generate revenue through business development and demonstrate strong client management skills.
- Possess over 3 years of technical experience within residential conveyancing and be proactive in approaching the local market to develop new business for the Firm.
Qualifications
- Confident in handling a high-volume residential conveyancing caseload.
- Proven ability to work with minimum supervision and within a team.
- Desirable: working knowledge of SOS or other case management systems.
- Strong client management skills and a track record of business development.
- 3+ years’ technical experience within residential conveyancing.
