About You You’ll be someone who:

  • Is a qualified Solicitor, part or fully CILEX qualified, or holds an equivalent legal qualification
  • Has experience handling employment law matters (claimant and/or respondent)
  • Enjoys building lasting client relationships
  • Has excellent communication skills and a pragmatic approach to problem solving
