Chadsmoor Federation is seeking a Pupil Mentor (Emotional & Social Support) to join our committed team. The role is initially fixed-term to 31 December 2027 with potential for permanence, starting date negotiable, and 32.5 hours per week during term-time.
The successful candidate will provide targeted emotional and social support to pupils, liaising with families and external agencies to promote resilience and positive relationships. GCSEs, NVQ3 TA, and safeguarding commitments are essential.
