Chadderton Medical Practice is looking for a suitable registered nurse with experience in working in General Practice to join our team. The post holder will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of safe and effective general nursing care to the practice population.
The candidate will work collaboratively with the whole practice to provide routine nursing duties and in addition will work closely to support the practice partners and clinical team to achieve the indicators identified across all our clinical programmes.
