Role Responsibilities
As a Recruitment Consultant, you\’ll play a pivotal role in connecting exceptional talent with world-class clients. Here\’s what you\’ll do:
- Business Development: Secure new clients, understand their needs, and establish long-term partnerships.
- Consulting: Provide market insights, salary benchmarks, and advice to manage client expectations.
- Sourcing Talent: Write and manage compelling job ads, attract a diverse candidate pool, and employ creative sourcing strategies.
- Candidate Management:
