ChabezTech is looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst with strong expertise in Commercial Pharma, Data & Analytics, and AI-driven solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with business stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Market Access, and Patient Services.
- Gather and translate business requirements into implementation-ready epics and user stories.
- Work closely with Data Engineering, BI, and AI teams on analytics modernization initiatives.
- Support AI/ML use cases including forecasting, segmentation, and dynamic targeting.
- Drive governance, UAT, reporting improvements, and user adoption.
- Strong experience in Commercial Pharma analytics.
- Knowledge of Drug Launch processes within European markets.
- Hands-on experience with:
- Power BI
- Snowflake
- SQL
- Agile methodologies
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Knowledge of Cortex.
- Experience in data analysis and reporting.
- Relevant certifications.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Master’s degree is a plus.
