Plumber and Heating Engineer CH4 Mechanical & Electrical Services Ltd are seeking an experienced Plumbing & Heating Engineer. The successful candidate will be self-motivated, professional with good communication skills. Duties will include a variety of tasks ranging from breakdown/small works through to complete boiler and heating circuit installs, Unvented cylinders & full repipe. Certifications: * CSCS * City & Guilds NVQ Level 2 Minimum * Gas safe preferred Plumber and Heating Engineer Responsibilities: * Installations, inspections, diagnosing problems/faults/leaks, testing, repair and maintenance of part of a domestic or a commercial heating system. This includes boilers, pipes and associated fixtures and equipment * Identify hazards, defects and the need for replacement, adjustment or repair; to ensure compliance with agreed codes, law, working practices and health and safety * Ensure compliance to agreed codes, legislation, and procedures including health and safety * Maintain accurate records/documentation associated with your work * Adhere to all organisation policies and procedures Plumber and Heating Engineer Requirements: * Minimum of 5 years post qualification experience in the trade preferred. * Comprehensive understanding of plumbing and heating systems * A proactive, ‘can do’ attitude * A keen eye for detail, problem-solving skills and the ability to work to a high standard * Good team working and communication skills along with the ability to be able to work on your own * Deliver excellent customer service Monday to Friday 7.00am to 16.00pm – 7.30am to 16.30pm Benefits: * Competitive salary dependent on experience and skills. * 20 days paid holiday, plus bank holidays * Uniform provided * Van & fuel card provided * Company Pension * Health & Well Being Programme
