Fresenius Medical Care is searching for a Commercial Finance and Analytics Manager to develop financial strategies for our dialysis services in the UK and Ireland. The role reports to the Head of Business Development and is key to growth and profitability.
Responsibilities
- Create and manage the UKI pricing strategy for FME Renal Services Support as part of the UKI commercial strategy.
- Build complex financial models for multi‑year public sector contracts.
- Prepare full financial analysis of current business.
- Develop digital dashboards and tools (e.g., PowerBI) to track contract finances and commercial KPIs.
- Plan and coordinate profit‑improvement projects, innovative cost‑saving solutions and revenue maximisation strategies.
- Create and present financial schedules and investment requirements to the UK board, EMEA leadership and Company Board.
- Collaborate with departments worldwide to support Care Delivery operations.
- Promote a positive culture and encourage adoption of financial and modelling tools.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Experience in a medical device, medical provider or other healthcare organisation is advantageous.
- Financial qualifications such as CIMA, ACCA or ACA preferred, but demonstrable experience is acceptable.
- Strong project management, prioritisation, presentation and networking skills.
- Proficiency in building financial analytical tools, experience with PowerBI or similar.
Hybrid, full‑time (37.5hrs, Monday‑Friday) with travel to the UK Head Office and occasionally worldwide. Valid UK driver’s licence required. Basic DBS Disclosure will be required.
