Are you a Healthcare Assistant with a Level 3 Health and Social Care specific qualification (NVQ, apprenticeship, diploma) or equivalent experience who wants to learn specialist skills in renal care?
Responsibilities
- Work under the supervision of a Registered Nurse as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Look after individual patients, preparing dialysis equipment for treatment.
- Monitor vital signs and assess, clean and redress catheter sites as required.
- Liaise with patients, their relatives and other visitors to the clinic.
- Keep equipment clean, supplies stocked, safely stored and used efficiently.
- Maintain up-to-date documentation.
- Administer medication when required.
Qualifications
- Level 3 Health and Social Care specific qualification (NVQ, apprenticeship, diploma) or equivalent experience.
- Enhanced DBS disclosure required.
Working hours
This is a full-time role of 37.5 hours a week, working various shifts between Monday and Saturday 07:00am – 18:30pm.

- Competitive salary up to £28,250.
