We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in various settings, ensuring a welcoming environment for guests and residents. This role requires a strong commitment to customer service and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. A Drivers Licence and DBS is essential as you will be working in information sensitive environments and high value items.

Duties:

  • Perform general cleaning tasks including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitising surfaces.
  • Ensure all areas are kept clean and tidy, including guest rooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas.
  • Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel.
  • Follow all health and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment.

Experience:

  • Previous experience in janitorial or commercial cleaning roles is essential.
  • Experience in the hotel industry is an advantage but not essential.
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
  • A proactive approach to work with an eye for detail is essential for maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
