The ideal candidate will own the entire production process. They will strategize with other internal teams to ensure operational excellence.
Responsibilities
- Oversee staff scheduling
- Coordinate and promote cross-functional communication between departments to ensure smooth workflow and maximise efficiency on resource allocation.
- Support line managers in compiling and submitting monthly freelance budget projections, monitor budgets and report financials.
- Maintain rosters, manage Freelancer bookings – maintain freelance contact list; understand freelancers and staff needs and prioritise them correctly.
- Ensure balance of shifts among different freelancers and correct mix of staffing each day.
- Keep track of freelancer’s availability for emergency needs.
- Assist in onboarding freelancers
- Check, reconcile and approve all related freelance timesheets for payment.
- Manage and coordinate multiple news deployments and travel bookings, assisting with accreditation, crew call sheets, risk assessments, issuing story codes, requesting quotes, preparing budgets, collating and processing expenses and reimbursements (UK and International).
- Assist with reconciling international freelancer workloads and those of third-party providers.
- Assist with carnet applications and ensuring all documents are up to date.
- Work with the Executive office and EPs in scheduling staff training needs and all the logistics that go with this.
- Arrange visas and accreditation; maintain passports/key docs for travellers.
- Manage Taxi tracking and reconciliations, booking and issuing codes as needed.

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of production experience
- Strong organizational and managerial skills
