Background to the role:
We are looking for a candidate to join the HR department. You will be reporting to the HR Senior Manager and undertaking the processing of day-to-day HR operations. You will be responsible for the implementation of HR practices and objectives that will provide a results-driven, high-performance culture which emphasises quality, productivity and process improvement.
Job responsibilities:
- Maintain management guidelines by implementing and administering human resource policies and procedures.
- Provide HR policy guidance and interpretation.
- Participate in employee relationship management process.
- Organise and implement the recruitment and onboarding process.
- Implement and administer salary management and performance appraisal system, conduct evaluation and data collecting & analysing.
- Administer Company’s freelancer guidelines and practices.
- Support HR department to ensure the new hire orientation process properly introduces new employees to the corporate culture.
- Design and expand training and development programmes based on the needs of the company and individuals.
- Manage company People HR system.
- Participate in company HR procurement procedures.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Person specification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Management, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in the HR sector.
- Understand UK employment laws, prevent risk and manage labour disputes.
- Responsible, conscientious, patient and thrive under pressure.
- Easy-going, motivated, hardworking, meticulous, rational, a good sense of teamwork and good communication.
- Multi-tasking is crucial - you will be someone that is solutions-focused and able to deliver on potentially complex matters in a timely and efficient way.
