This role is based from our flagship Cheltenham office. What matters most is your experience, professionalism, and ability to manage a portfolio confidently and efficiently.

The role
You’ll manage a residential portfolio, ensuring properties are:
- Well maintained
- Fully compliant with legislation
- Professionally managed on behalf of landlords
- Providing a positive experience for tenants
You’ll act as the main point of contact for landlords and tenants, oversee maintenance and compliance, manage budgets, and resolve issues proactively and professionally. This role is for an experienced Property Manager who brings:
