The Project Director is responsible for planning, managing, and delivering high-value construction projects whilst ensuring they are completed efficiently, safely, and profitably to the highest standard. This is likely to include managing multiple projects and teams in site-based environments, ensuring administration of the projects is complete as well as addressing and resolving issues as they arise. They will act as the principal company representative on the construction site and the key contact for sub-contractors, architects, and engineers and shall be responsible for keeping the client updated on progress. The Project Director must lead by example and positively contribute to the team, championing the Company’s ‘Inside the Box’ culture.

- Previous experience working on large commercial projects
- Successful track record in leadership positions with the ability to motivate team members and drive success is paramount
