Job Responsibilities
- Plan, design, and implement large-scale industrial automation projects.
- Manage project teams and staff, ensuring timely delivery within project deadlines.
- Oversee the design, execution, and commissioning of automation projects.
- Ensure accurate and up-to-date control module standards design and documentation.
- Utilize S88 batch standards to maintain a consistent and structured approach.
- Conduct comprehensive FAT testing and loop checking.
- Oversee the FAT testing of engineering staff software to meet customer requirements and expectations.
- Implement SCADA design and configuration.
- Program PLCs, configure I/O, and set up inter-PLC communication.
- Design and implement ASI networks.
- Manage supplier and customer relationships to ensure business retention and growth.
- Handle the operational aspects of the business.
Technical Skills
- Proficient in Rockwell RS-Logix 500 / 5000, Studio 5000, and RS-batch.
- Experienced with Schneider Electric Concept, Unity, Control Expert.
- Skilled in Mitsubishi GX Developer.
- Knowledgeable in Rockwell PLC platforms (Control Logix, Micro Logix, Compact Logix, Flex I/O, Point I/O, Stratix Switches).
- Proficient in Schneider PLC platforms (Premium, Quantum hot standby, Momentum, M340, M580 hot standby, Connexium switches).
- Familiar with industrial networks (Devicenet, Profibus, ControNet, Ethernet IP, Modbus Ethernet, Modbus Plus, DH+, ASI).
- Experienced in PLC and remote I/O panel design.
- Skilled in ASI network design and implementation.
- Proficient in AVEVA / Wonderware (ArchestrA System Platform, InTouch, Historian).
- Knowledgeable in IO-Link.
- Capable of configuring and setting up Windows PCs, servers, and virtualization software (VMWare, Microsoft HyperV).
