We are seeking a Commercial Pricing Manager to join our team. This new role will be responsible for overseeing and optimising the pricing strategy for both residential and commercial projects and overseeing a team of Quantity Surveyors. As our Commercial Pricing Manager, you will play a critical role in balancing cost control, risk management and profitability.
Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Develop and implement price strategies
- Lead pricing and estimation functions for residential and commercial projects
- Team Management and Development
- Risk management and controls
- Work closely with operational, sales and project teams to align pricing with business objectives
- Stakeholder collaboration
Requirements:
- 5+ years experience in a similar role
- Experience in pricing strategy, cost control and risk management
- Experience leading a team of dedicated Quantity Surveyors with a focus on supporting and upskilling the team and providing clear direction
- Ability to collaborate and negotiate with key stakeholders
- Proven ability in successfully implementing process improvements and efficiencies
- Strong commercial and financial acumen
- Proven contract management expertise
- Ability to build and manage relationships with procurement teams and suppliers
