What you’ll be doing:
We have an in‑house Grounds team of 10 people looking after our woodlands, parklands and private gardens across multiple properties (a total of 250 acres). This will include using ride‑on mowers, chainsaws, scythes, sprayers, and other grounds equipment safely (training will be provided). Some knowledge about plants will also be a bonus.
Who we’re looking for:
- You may have relevant qualifications, but we’re just as interested in people who are enthusiastic about working outside, have a keen eye for detail and take real pride in their work.
- The team’s No.1 priority is customer service so this will be at the top of your list.
- You’ll also need to be reliable, positive and self‑motivated.
- Flexible, helpful and approachable.
