About UsAt CGLA, we design, deliver, and steward exquisite gardens for private clients across the UK. Our projects are technically complex, creatively ambitious, and meticulously executed. We’re a relatively small but expert team with a reputation for excellence — and we’re growing.
The RoleYou’ll lead the acquisition and delivery of some of our major landscaping projects, ensuring the smooth coordination of contractors, suppliers, and consultants from tender through to handover. You\'ll be the engine that keeps every element running on time, on budget, and at the very highest standard — while also nurturing trusted client relationships, and helping us to build new ones.
You\'ll also have the chance to influence and develop our operations, with a view to shaping the future structure of the business as we scale. This role has the potential to evolve into something much more.
You’ll Need- Proven experience managing complex, high-spec landscape or construction projects
- Outstanding organisation, foresight, and attention to detail
- A strong commercial head — you keep tight control of cost and programme
- Excellent communication and diplomacy, especially with HNW clients and collaborators
- A hands-on approach and comfort with site visits, client meetings, and practical resolution
- £50–55k salary, depending on experience
- Performance-related bonus of up to 15%
- Autonomy, ownership, and genuine scope for growth
