We are looking for a hands-on HR & Admin Coordinator to support our growing UK operations. This role will be responsible for employee lifecycle management, UK HR compliance, office administration, and recruitment coordination for our global pop-up retail operations across the UK, Europe and Australia. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a small, fast-paced, business-driven environment. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys taking ownership and helping the business achieve operational goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle
    • Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle processes for UK employees, including onboarding, offboarding, contracts, employee records, and HR documentation.
    • Support HR administration for global EOR employees and coordinate with external providers when needed.
    • Ensure compliance with UK employment requirements and maintain accurate HR records.
    • Handle day-to-day employee queries and provide HR support to the local team.
  • Recruitment & Workforce Support
    • Support recruitment and staffing needs for pop-up retail events across the UK, Europe and Australia.
    • Source and coordinate temporary Sales Assistants, Porters, and event staff through platforms such as Indeed and other recruitment channels.
    • Manage candidate communication, screening, onboarding documentation, and workforce databases.
    • Build and maintain a talent pool to support future business expansion.
  • Office & Business Operations Support
    • Manage daily office administration and local operational matters in the UK.
    • Support HR-related processes and business initiatives to ensure smooth execution.
    • Partner with cross-functional teams to understand workforce needs and deliver practical HR solutions.
