What You'll Do:
- Lead & Inspire – Take the reins on complex site investigations, ensuring technical excellence and guiding multidisciplinary teams to success.
- Be the Technical Guru – Oversee and ensure top-quality environmental assessments, risk strategies, and reporting for large-scale projects.
- Team Mentorship – Supervise and mentor junior engineers, helping them grow into future leaders of the industry.
- Engage with Clients – Become the go-to expert for our clients, crafting proposals, leading presentations, and ensuring top-tier service delivery.

What We’re Looking For:
- Experience: 6+ years in geo-environmental consultancy (bonus points if you’re Chartered!)
- Skills: A flair for leading teams, a deep understanding of environmental science (particularly in Scotland), geotechnical engineering, and a passion for mentoring.
- Qualifications: A degree in Environmental Science, Geotechnical Engineering, or related field (with a driver’s licence to get around!)
