As a Senior Engineering Geologist, you’ll play a pivotal role in every stage of the project from inception to completion, managing clients and subcontractors, working on-site with our team to complete testing and supervising, and managing site investigation or working in the office to analyse data and complete accurate interpretive reports. No two days will be the same.
You will be working within a supportive and collaborative team across a wide range of geological settings and ground hazards, contributing to a diverse portfolio of projects across the UK. In this role, you’ll be able to develop your engineering and geology skills, whether that be going for a professional chartership or accreditation or moving into managing large projects and teams – we’ll be here to support you and help you grow.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Manage intrusive investigations (e.g., drilling, sampling, in-situ testing)
- Log soils and rocks to BS standards
- Liaise and manage clients, subcontractors, and internal teams supporting our senior leaders to ensure our jobs run smoothly
- Keep detailed site records, complete RAMS, and manage H
