  • Collaborate closely with developers, DevOps engineers, business stakeholders, and client teams to shape testing strategies, improve frameworks, and ensure high standards across both functional and non‑functional testing activities.
  • Support and mentor team members, helping to build testing capability and drive continuous improvement through innovation, knowledge sharing, and best practice adoption.

Key responsibilities:

  • Design & Deliver automated testing solutions across complex programmes.
  • Develop & Maintain scalable automation frameworks and reusable test assets.
  • Lead & Support testing activities across Agile and hybrid delivery environments.
  • Collaborate & Integrate with DevOps and CI/CD pipeline processes.

To succeed in this role, you should have strong experience in software testing and test automation within complex delivery environments. You will bring a collaborative approach, excellent problem‑solving skills, and the ability to work across multiple technologies and delivery methodologies while supporting high‑quality outcomes and continuous improvement.

Essential qualifications:

  • Experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
  • Understanding of API, database, UI, performance, or accessibility testing.
  • Ability to mentor and support junior team members.
  • Strong stakeholder communication and collaboration skills.
  • Familiarity with industry testing standards and frameworks such as TMMi or ISO.
  • Understanding of Agile delivery methodologies and SAFe principles desirable.

Benefits:
